ALBION PLACE COTTAGE

Albion Place can sleep 4 guests and is a ground floor, self-catering unit in a security complex. There is a covered parking bay next to the unit. The front patio is covered with a small private garden and double doors opening onto it from the main bedroom and the living room. There is a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts and a laundry room. Albion Place is within easy walking distance from the Newlands Rugby stadium and the Sport Science Institute.

The unit is comfortable with an open plan living room/full kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 plate oven and full size fridge/freezer. There is a portable braai/barbecue to use on the patio that has an outside table and chairs. The unit is child friendly and the interior is completely on one level and hassle free.
